abstract | The invention relates to a pressurized water and grouting roller, which comprises an outer rubber layer and an inner iron core structure; the outer rubber layer comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of nitrile rubber; 20-40 parts of hydrogenated nitrile rubber; 10 parts of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber; 3-5 parts of zinc oxide; 2-3 parts of magnesium oxide; 1 part of stearic acid; 2-3 parts of an anti-aging agent; 30-40 parts of a reinforcing agent; 10-15 parts of barium sulfate; 0.5-1 part of vulcanizing agent; 2.5 parts of an accelerator; and 5 parts of TP-95. The pressurized water and grouting roller prepared by the production formula can be applied to novel sizing machine equipment, has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, chemical medium resistance, aging resistance and long service life, and can replace imported products with higher cost. |
