titleOfInvention | A modeling method for migraine model rats with wind-heat syndrome |
abstract | The embodiment of the present invention discloses a modeling method for an animal model of migraine with wind-heat syndrome. It is designed to swim at room temperature to cause fatigue of the animal; to blow hot air in a constant temperature climate box to simulate the external wind-heat environment; to inject nitroglycerin into the back of the neck to induce migraine-like symptoms pathological state. In this way, an animal model of migraine with wind-heat syndrome was obtained and evaluated. The results show that this method can successfully replicate the wind-heat syndrome migraine animal model, and the replication method is stable and repeatable, which is in line with the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory. The present invention also relates to the animal model obtained by the modeling method. |
