The method comprises the following steps: pre-dispersing the SiC nanowire and coating the PVA on the surface of the SiC nanowire, putting the SiC nanowire into a steel die for pressing to obtain a SiC nanowire prefabricated body, preheating the prefabricated body in a protective atmosphere, then switching to an oxygen atmosphere for heating and heat preservation, and finally preparing molten aluminum metal and carrying out pressure infiltration. According to the invention, the SiC nanowire is made into a three-dimensional continuous structure, so that the bearing capacity of the SiC nanowire is improved, and the mechanical property of the composite material is finally improved. The method is suitable for preparing the high-strength SiC nanowire reinforced aluminum matrix composite. |
