abstract The invention discloses a lightweight sandwich paperless gypsum board containing a high-strength phosphogypsum. 1 to 3 parts of grid cloth, 3 to 10 parts of lime, 3 to 10 parts of heavy calcium, 0.02 to 0.8 parts of a composite foaming agent, and 0.01 to 0.12 parts of a composite foam stabilizer. In the present application, the problem of poor foaming stability of gypsum is solved by selecting relatively high-quality foaming agents and foam stabilizers, and secondly, the production process of the combined pouring method is used to make the bottom, surface and foam of the lightweight sandwich paperless gypsum board. The foam layer is combined to obtain a composite gypsum wallboard with light weight, heat preservation, high strength and convenient construction. During production, the bottom layer and the surface layer are first made. 550kg/m 3 .
