abstract |
The present invention solves the following problems: provided is a rubber composition having both durability including adhesion to metal and crack resistance and low heat generation. The rubber composition is characterized by comprising a rubber component, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, a nitrogen-containing cyclic compound without a benzene ring, a boron-free cobalt compound and silica, wherein the nitrogen-containing cyclic compound is contained in an amount of 0.4 part by mass or less relative to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, and the mass ratio Co/N between the cobalt content (Co) in the cobalt compound and the nitrogen content (N) in the nitrogen-containing cyclic compound is 1.2-7.0. |
