The sipping barrel top flange face in the structure is provided with a sealing cover, the front end face and the rear end face of the sealing cover and the sipping barrel top flange face are respectively provided with a limiting guide structure, so that the sealing cover can move in parallel left and right on the sipping barrel top flange face and limit the vertical movement of the sealing cover; the sealing cover is provided with a groove, and a sealing air bag is arranged in the groove, can be inflated and deflated, and is completely contacted and jointed with the flange surface at the top of the sipping barrel after being inflated and expanded. The structure has higher reliability, the sealing air bag can quickly release pressure to ensure the safety of the fuel assembly in an emergency state, and then the sealing cover is reversely driven and opened by the driving cylinder to avoid the overall water outlet maintenance of the equipment; the sipping chamber is sealed by a sealing air bag, the inflation pressure of the air bag can be adjusted, and effective sealing of the sipping chamber is ensured. |
