titleOfInvention Artificial spawning induction method for ovate pompano
abstract The invention provides an artificial spawning induction method for an ovate pompano, which comprises the following steps of (1) selecting parent fishes, (2) carrying out spawning induction and intensified cultivation on the parent fishes, and raising the water temperature by 0.3-0.5 ℃ every 2-3 days; replacing 6-10% of pool water with composite seawater every 3-5 days; feeding reinforced baits for 3-4 times every day; the illumination is prolonged for 10-15 min every two days; (3) injecting an oxytocic by controlling the temperature for 3 times to artificially hasten parturition; after 3 times of temperature control injection of the oxytocic, adjusting the flow rate of the water body to be 0.8-1.4 m3/s, and prolonging the illumination period to 15L/9D-16L/8D; (4) artificial fertilization and incubation. According to the method, the spawning induction and intensified cultivation are carried out on the parent fish, a mode of three-time temperature control injection spawning induction is adopted, so that the parent fish is spawned under different water temperature environments, the water flow rate and the illumination period are increased after the oxytocin is injected, the spawning induction effect of the parent fish is effectively improved, the effect time is shortened, and the fertility rate and the hatching rate are high.
