abstract The invention provides a rapid cutting device for a hard alloy round rod, which comprises: the device comprises a tooling platform, a receiving platform and a conveying device; the tool platform is provided with a plurality of working holes which are equidistantly surrounded into a circle, and each working hole is internally provided with a telescopic die block; a rotary motor is arranged at the upper end of the tool platform, a laser cutting machine is sleeved on an output shaft of the rotary motor, and a wedge block used for shifting the telescopic screw die is arranged at the upper part of the output shaft; a plurality of material leaking holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the working holes are circumferentially arranged on the bearing platform, one side of the bottom end of each material leaking hole is rotatably connected with a baffle, and the lower end of the output shaft is provided with a telescopic stop block for shifting the baffle; the measuring device is characterized by further comprising measuring columns supporting two sides of the tool platform, wherein a dial gauge is arranged on each measuring column, and the bearing platform is sleeved on each measuring column in a sliding mode. The laser cutting machine is rotated to cut the alloy round rods with the set lengths exposed below the plurality of working holes, so that accurate and rapid cutting is realized.
