titleOfInvention Device for treating dioxin by wall attachment effect induced air for electric arc furnace
abstract The invention discloses a device for treating dioxin by wall attachment effect induced air for an electric arc furnace, which comprises a waste heat recovery section, a flue gas rapid dry cooling section and a wall attachment effect induced air device; the waste heat recovery section comprises an absorption heat pump unit; the wall attachment effect air inducing device comprises a high-speed airflow air outlet part and a compressed air output pipeline; the high-speed airflow air outlet part is formed by enclosing an outer ring of the high-speed airflow air outlet and an inner ring of the high-speed airflow air outlet, and the section of the high-speed airflow air outlet part is in a hollow annular shape; the compressed air output pipeline is communicated with the high-speed airflow air outlet part; the compressed air output pipeline is communicated with the low-temperature air circulation pipeline, and a fan is arranged between the compressed air output pipeline and the low-temperature air circulation pipeline; the low-temperature air circulation pipeline is connected with a low-temperature air outlet of an evaporator of the absorption heat pump unit. The invention lowers the temperature of the flue gas by stages, quickly crosses a large amount of dioxin generation temperature range of 200-400 ℃, and does not change the relative humidity of the flue gas, so that the flue gas can adapt to the humidity requirement of a high-temperature bag-type dust collector.
