According to the invention, the fuel is input in a grading manner and premixed with the air input in the grading manner, so that the aim of dispersing the temperature of a high-temperature area is achieved, the high temperature is reduced, and the generation of nitrogen oxides can be reduced; the secondary air pipe is provided with the smoke return port, so that the combusted smoke is convoluted into the secondary air pipe to be combusted again, the generation of nitrogen oxides is further reduced, the smoke is recirculated, the heat capacity of the combusted smoke is large, the combustion temperature can be further reduced, and the generation of nitrogen oxides is further reduced.
