The invention provides a dimethyl ether gas boiler burner smoke internal circulation nitrogen reduction device, which comprises a primary air pipe, wherein a secondary air pipe is arranged outside the primary air pipe, a fuel outlet pipe of a fuel pipe is arranged in the primary air pipe, the fuel outlet pipe is connected with a grading outlet pipe, a primary fuel outlet and a secondary fuel outlet are arranged on the grading outlet pipe, the primary fuel outlet corresponds to the primary air pipe, and the secondary fuel outlet corresponds to the secondary air pipe; the secondary air pipe is provided with a smoke return port. According to the invention, the fuel is input in a grading manner and premixed with the air input in the grading manner, so that the aim of dispersing the temperature of a high-temperature area is achieved, the high temperature is reduced, and the generation of nitrogen oxides can be reduced; the secondary air pipe is provided with the smoke return port, so that the combusted smoke is convoluted into the secondary air pipe to be combusted again, the generation of nitrogen oxides is further reduced, the smoke is recirculated, the heat capacity of the combusted smoke is large, the combustion temperature can be further reduced, and the generation of nitrogen oxides is further reduced. |
