The low-pressure steam and the high-pressure ammonia water are provided in the coke oven production to spray the adjusting turning plate on the gas suction pipe, so that the problem of adsorption of substances such as tar, naphthalene, coal powder and the like on the valve plate of the adjusting butterfly valve is thoroughly solved, the response speed of the valve is improved, the adjusting performance of the adjusting butterfly valve is improved, the phenomenon that the valve plate of the adjusting butterfly valve is clamped is avoided, the service life of the adjusting butterfly valve is prolonged, and a solid foundation is laid for stable and safe production of the coke oven.
