The air gap adjusting assembly and the gap adjusting and controlling assembly can adjust and supplement the displacement between the rotor disc and the stator disc, so that the axial air gap thickness of the rotor disc and the axial air gap thickness of the stator disc are not changed, and the motor can normally work.
