titleOfInvention | Buffering packaging structure |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of transportation, and particularly discloses a buffer packaging structure, which comprises: the buffer base is provided with an accommodating groove, a slot is formed in the side wall of the accommodating groove, and an article to be packaged can be inserted into the slot and accommodated in the accommodating groove; the cover body is covered on the buffer base to limit the articles from separating from the accommodating groove; and the supporting bodies are arranged on the tank bottoms of the accommodating tanks and the top wall of the cover body, and the two supporting bodies can respectively support two surfaces of an article. The slots are fully matched with the peripheral parts of the articles to provide support and buffer for the articles. Both surfaces of the plate-like article are most easily damaged by pressure or the like, and the support bodies are provided to support both surfaces of the article, thereby functioning to cushion and disperse the pressure. The stress of slot and supporter reasonable dispersion article transportation in-process has improved the buffering effect to article greatly to the indirect intensity requirement to the lid that has reduced makes whole buffering packaging structure cost lower. |
