The high-temperature gas sampling probe and the high-temperature filter are connected to the gas inlet through an external connecting pipeline; the air inlet is connected to the heat exchanger through a high-temperature-resistant pipeline; the heat exchanger is connected to the water diversion filter through a pipeline; the water diversion filter is connected with the precision filter through a pipeline; the precision filter is connected to the purging device through a pipeline; the purging device is connected with the clean gas port and is connected with external compressed clean gas; the gas outlet of the precision filter is connected to the gas analysis chamber, and the gas inlet of the precision filter is connected with the water separation filter. |
