titleOfInvention Preparation process for improving starch yield by adopting frequency conversion technology
abstract The invention discloses a preparation process for improving starch yield by adopting a frequency conversion technology, which comprises the following steps: firstly, cleaning raw materials for preparing starch, and then drying; secondly, crushing the raw materials by adopting a variable-frequency speed-control crusher, and controlling the rotating speed of the crusher to be between 5000 and 7000 revolutions per minute through frequency conversion; thirdly, screening out particles smaller than one hundred meshes after crushing; fourthly, putting the crushed raw materials into a variable frequency heating device, adding water for heating, changing the heating temperature between 46 and 78 ℃, and then stirring simultaneously until the raw materials are completely gelatinized; and step five, drying after pasting, and then crushing, packaging and storing. According to the invention, the raw materials are fully crushed through the change of the variable-frequency crushing rotating speed, and the raw materials with different particle sizes can be fully gelatinized through the change of the heating temperature, so that more starch can be obtained, and the cost is reduced.
