abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent water meters, and discloses an intelligent data acquisition and self-generating integrated device and a method, an impeller box is arranged in a meter shell of the intelligent data acquisition and self-power generation integrated device, an impeller is arranged in the impeller box, a first magnet and a second magnet which have opposite magnetism are arranged on the impeller box, when water flow drives the impeller to rotate, the impeller drives a counting mechanism to count water consumption, meanwhile, the coil is wound on the impeller to form a winding area which is vertical to the axis of the impeller shaft, the coil can cut magnetic induction lines between the first magnet and the second magnet along with the rotation of the impeller so as to change the magnetic flux passing through the winding area, therefore, induced current is generated, and the generated induced current is transmitted to the power management module through the commutator bar and the electric brush for storage, so that the problem that the water pressure loss of the existing intelligent water meter is overlarge due to the fact that an external generator is newly added is avoided. |
