The subject-matter of the present invention relates to a process for producing flexible polyurethane foams, in particular open-cell polyurethane foams, based on polyether polyols and toluene diisocyanate having a high macro density, said polyurethane foams having a high density according to DIN EN ISO 845:2009‑10 has a bulk density of 50.0 to 80.0 kg/m 3 , wherein the resulting polyurethane foam has similar properties to the already known flexible polyurethane foams, but its preparation is simpler and more sustainable. |
