abstract | The invention relates to a composite energetic material with a micro-nano layered structure and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of energetic materials. The mesoscopic structure of the composite energetic material is provided with regular layered units which are periodically arranged, and the layered units are formed by oriented self-assembly arrangement of micro-nano energetic material molecules and high polymer materials. The composite energetic material is obtained by adopting an energetic material-based high-molecular sol directional freezing method and then freeze-drying, and based on the growth effect of an ice template, the periodic and regular stacking and ordered arrangement of micro-nano layered units of the composite energetic material are realized on a microscopic level, so that the composite energetic material with a micro-nano layered structure is finally obtained. The composite energetic material has the benefit of improved performance compared to conventional particulate energetic materials and can be used for specific charge applications. |
