The invention reports a preparation method of an oxalic acid cross-linked alginate hydrogel filtration membrane and its application in molecular ion separation. First, an aqueous solution of a mixture of sodium alginate and a macromolecular enhancer is prepared as a casting solution, and the casting solution is scraped into a film and then cross-linked with an aqueous oxalic acid solution. Oxalic acid cross-links the hydroxyl groups on the polymer enhancer and the hydroxyl groups on the alginate at the same time to obtain an oxalic acid cross-linked alginate hydrogel filtration membrane. The filtration membrane has good hydrophilicity and anti-fouling properties, and can withstand high-concentration inorganic salt solutions. The filtration membrane has a low rejection rate for inorganic salts, and a high rejection rate for molecules with a molecular weight greater than 650, so it is especially suitable for the separation of molecular ions, and is widely used in the separation and purification of dyes, peptides, drugs and proteins. application prospects. |
