abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of air compressors, and relates to an oil-free lubrication air compressor based on amorphous soft magnetic materials, which comprises a motor shell, a stator and a rotor spindle, wherein the stator and the rotor spindle are fixed in the motor shell and are made of the amorphous soft magnetic materials; two ends of the motor shell are provided with motor end covers, and after two ends of the rotor spindle extend out of the motor end covers, one end of the rotor spindle is connected with the compressor impeller, and the other end of the rotor spindle is connected with the turbine impeller; the motor end cover is provided with a dynamic pressure groove for sealing, and the back surfaces of the compressor impeller and the turbine impeller are sealed with the motor end cover by dry running gas; the motor shell is provided with a bearing seat near one end of the compressor impeller, the bearing seat is provided with a two-way thrust bearing, a thrust piece is arranged between the two-way thrust bearings, and the thrust piece is connected with the rotor spindle. The invention provides an oil-free lubrication air compressor based on an amorphous soft magnetic material, which can meet the requirements of a fuel cell automobile on energy conservation and economy of a pressurization system.
