The application discloses a modular phase change cooling air conditioning unit, which comprises a first module, a second module and a condenser; the first module is detachably arranged on the second module; the second module comprises a host system, a control system, a power distribution system and an air treatment system; the host system comprises a compressor, a throttle valve, a flash tank, a first circulating pump and an evaporator; the compressor, the condenser, the throttle valve and the flash tank are connected to form a primary refrigerant circulation loop; the flash tank, the first circulating pump and the evaporator are connected to form a secondary refrigerant circulation loop; the air treatment system comprises an air supply pipeline, an air return pipeline and a second fan. The method has the advantages that the cooling tower, the host machine set, the air conditioner tail end, the control system, the power distribution system and the like are integrated in a modularized manner around a single variable-frequency centrifugal compressor unit, so that factory prefabrication is realized, the installation process is simplified, the deployment is rapid, and the installation period is shortened; and the frequency conversion centrifugal compressor is adopted, so that the refrigeration efficiency and the operation reliability of the air conditioning system are improved. |
