abstract | The invention relates to a full temperature range anti-oxidative ablation coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating comprises a SiC transition layer formed on a base material in sequence and a tungsten coating formed by zirconium boride and molybdenum disilicide doped. Anti-oxidative ablation coating; in the ZrB 2 , MoSi 2 doped W anti-oxidative ablation coating, the mass percentage of ZrB 2 is 10-20%, and the mass percentage of MoSi 2 is 10-20%. The preparation method includes: preparing a SiC transition layer by chemical vapor deposition; preparing a ZrB 2 and MoSi 2 doped W coating by an atmospheric plasma spraying method. The full temperature range anti-ablation coating in the present invention has a full temperature range glass phase from room temperature to high temperature above 3000°C, and the high temperature resistance of the tungsten coating is used as the anti-ablation, and the ceramic glass phase prevents the oxidizing atmosphere from passing through cracks and pores. The internal migration of the material prolongs the anti-ablation service time of the coating under the full temperature range, and plays an effective protective role for the matrix composite material; the full-temperature anti-ablation coating of the present invention has the advantages of compact structure, small porosity and high bonding strength. And the advantages of full temperature range anti-ablation performance. |
