abstract |
The film transmission line of the present invention has a structure including a dielectric layer and electrode lines arranged on the dielectric layer. The electrode wire has an effective efficiency (Effective Efficiency) of 200%/μm or more at frequencies above 5 GHz. Effective efficiency (Effective Efficiency) represents the ratio of the signal transmission efficiency (%) to the thickness (μm) of the electrode line, and the signal transmission efficiency (%) represents the ratio of output power to input power in percentage. In addition, the above-mentioned film transmission line can be applied to a high-frequency thinned antenna and an image display device. |
