titleOfInvention Degradable buffer material
abstract The invention discloses a degradable buffer material. The invention is composed of a core material and a surface material, wherein the shape of the core material is bidirectional stacked corrugation, the included angle of the corrugations in two directions of the bidirectional stacked corrugated core material is 1-90 degrees, and the cross section shapes of the corrugations in the two directions are the combination of function curves or partial function curves. The invention takes the polymer material as the core material to directly replace the core material of the corrugated board after the polymer material is molded into the bidirectional corrugated structure by the mold, and then the polymer material is combined with the surface material to form the degradable buffer material with the corrugated structure, thereby reducing the used materials of paper pulp and the manufacturing process steps, improving the recycling rate and reducing the problem of the performance reduction of the corrugated board caused by recycling.
