abstract | The invention discloses a cooling line straightening machine which comprises a moving track, wherein a fixed clamping device is arranged on the rear side of the moving track, a moving clamping device is installed on the moving track in a sliding mode, and the moving clamping device is driven by a displacement assembly to slide back and forth. The movable clamping device is provided with a lifting seat capable of sliding up and down, and the lifting seat is provided with a jacking plate and a clamping plate assembly. The top tight board is equipped with the tight portion in top, the splint subassembly is equipped with and can follows the tight board left side of top and/or right side upset clamp part to the tight board top. According to the cooling line straightening machine, the two ends of the aluminum profile are clamped through the fixed clamping device and the movable clamping device, and the movable clamping device is driven by the displacement assembly to slide on the movable rail, so that the cooling line straightening machine is suitable for aluminum profiles with different lengths. The movable clamping device only extends upwards out of the clamping part and the jacking part, so that the clamping action can be carried out in a relatively limited space. The invention can be applied to the processing production of aluminum profiles. |
