abstract The invention provides an image reconstruction system and method. The method may include acquiring a first sequence of images of a subject under test, and acquiring an initial input function of concentration of an agent in blood vessels of the subject under test versus time. The first sequence of images may include one or more first images generated based on scan data of a first portion of the subject subject. The method may further comprise, for each of the plurality of pixels in the one or more first images, determining at least one correction parameter associated with the pixel, and based on the initial input function and the at least A calibration parameter defines the target input function. The method may further include generating one or more target image sequences related to the one or more dynamic parameters based on at least a portion of the plurality of target input functions.
