The three-dimensional graphene radiation layer is porous three-dimensional graphene. The three-dimensional graphene preparation process is as follows: firstly, the gas is condensed to form tiny solid particles to obtain compressed gas solid particles, and then mixed with graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and the dispersion liquid is removed under high pressure and low temperature state, and graphene oxide can surround the compressed gas The solid particles are coated and extruded to form a graphene oxide block containing tiny compressed gas solid particles. When the external environment becomes normal temperature and pressure, the compressed gas solid particles volatilize into gas, leaving holes in the graphene oxide, and three-dimensional graphene is obtained after annealing treatment.
