titleOfInvention A silane-terminated polyurethane polycarbonate polyether copolymer resin and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a silane-terminated polyurethane polycarbonate polyether copolymer resin and a preparation method thereof. The resin is obtained by reacting the following raw materials: (a) asymmetric carbonate monomer; (b) silane coupling agent with primary amino group; (c) catalyst; (d) saturated carbonate monomer; ( e) small molecule diol; (f) high-functionality polyetheramine; through the reaction of asymmetric carbonate monomer and primary amino silane coupling agent under specific conditions, a siloxane with a carbonate functional group at one end is prepared, and used Benzenesulfonyl chloride removes the residual amino group in the system; then it is polymerized with saturated carbonate monomer and small molecular diol to obtain a polycarbonate resin with a certain molecular weight at one end and a siloxane end-capped polycarbonate resin, and finally with polyether The amine is reacted to prepare a moisture-crosslinkable silane-terminated polyurethane polycarbonate polyether copolymer resin. Compared with the traditional silane-modified polyurethane or silane-modified polycarbonate resin, the resin prepared by the present invention has a star-shaped structure, low viscosity, good storage stability, uniform soft and hard segments after curing, and has both high strength and high stability. Elongation, especially suitable for the preparation of one-component sealants with high strength and high elongation requirements.
