titleOfInvention | A heat-blocking and thermal-insulation tie member, a lightweight external-hanging thermal-insulation wallboard, and a system thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a heat-blocking and heat-insulating tie member, a lightweight external-hanging thermal insulation wall panel, and a system thereof. The tie member comprises: a glass fiber reinforced sleeve, a middle V-shaped steel bar and two end V-shaped steel bars, two kinds of V-shaped steel bars. The steel bars are connected by the glass fiber bar sleeve to form a truss structure; one end of the middle V-shaped steel bar and the end V-shaped steel bar respectively extend into the installation holes at both ends of the glass fiber bar sleeve, and are bonded by adhesive. Fiberglass reinforced sleeves penetrate the insulation board and are immersed in the concrete layers on both sides of the insulation board. The heat-blocking and heat-insulating tie-bar is composed of steel bars and glass fiber reinforced sleeves. It has very low thermal bridge effect, higher shear resistance, and can meet high-performance thermal and shear requirements. The external thermal insulation wall panel is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The lightweight external thermal insulation wall panel structure system formed with the steel frame meets the requirements of construction errors, has three-dimensional adjustment ability, increases the energy consumption capacity of the main structure, and can avoid the premature destruction of the external thermal insulation wall panel. The board fell off. |
