abstract | The invention discloses a grinding and polishing structure, an assembling method thereof and a method for disassembling a workpiece or a grinding tool, wherein the grinding and polishing structure comprises a carrier, a cooling flow passage and a heat insulation material, wherein the cooling flow passage is formed on the carrier, an inlet and an outlet are positioned on the rear end face of the carrier, and extend from the rear end face to the front end of the carrier, and at least the front end area of the carrier is made of the heat insulation material; the fluid slip ring is connected to the rear end of the carrier; the cooling medium supply mechanism is connected with the fluid slip ring and used for supplying a cooling medium into the cooling flow channel through the fluid slip ring; the grinding tool or the workpiece is connected to the front end of the carrier through the freezing connecting layer. The scheme can enable the front end of the carrier to form low temperature through a refrigerant, so that the frozen solidification liquid between the carrier and the tool or the grinding tool is solidified to form a frozen connecting layer, and the frozen connecting layer is kept in a frozen state, so that the grinding tool or the workpiece is fixed on the carrier for processing, the traditional fixing mode is changed, the fixing precision is high, the stability is good, and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient; meanwhile, the coolant can also continuously cool the carrier, the grinding tool or the workpiece, so that the influence of thermal stress is avoided. |
