The present invention uses raw cow milk, milk-containing substances, cow milk casein, goat milk, goat milk-containing substances, and goat milk casein as raw materials, and obtains a purity of 90% by defatting-hydrochloric acid precipitation-urea precipitation-dialysis-calcium ion precipitation α s1 -casein above. This method can also be used for the separation of α s1 -casein in milk powder, which is simple and easy to repeat, and can be completed without special equipment. The obtained α s1 -casein is non-toxic and harmless, and can be directly used in subsequent production or experiments.
