The invention relates to a rubber degassing aid. The rubber degassing aid comprises a porous hydrophobic particle carrier and functional particles with lubricating and defoaming functions. The rubber degassing aid is coated by the functional particles on the porous hydrophobic particles. The surface of the carrier is prepared; the manufacturing method of the rubber exhaust auxiliary agent is as follows: mixing functional particles with a fluid and spraying it onto the surface of the porous hydrophobic particle carrier with a mixing nozzle to obtain a rubber exhaust auxiliary agent with a smooth surface. In the present invention, by using porous hydrophobic particles as carriers, the functional particles composed of lubricating materials and defoaming materials are densely attached to the voids on the surface of the porous hydrophobic particles, and the defoaming process is rapid and comprehensive, and the smooth surface of the auxiliary particles can be reduced. The bubbles brought by the additive itself can also reduce the bubbles caused by the flow after the additive is added, and the exhaust effect is better. |
