The invention discloses a planting method for improving β-glucan content in rice, which includes soil preparation, seed selection and soaking, seed soaking and germination, sowing, seedbed management, rice transplanting, fertilization, pesticide spraying and mature harvesting detection. The rice planted by the planting method for increasing the β-glucan content in the rice can increase the β-glucan content of the rice by 20 times, reduce the heavy metals in the rice and decompose the pesticide residues, and increase the yield by about 20%. |
