The invention discloses a foaming-grade polylactic acid with excellent processing fluidity, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight: polylactic acid 87.00-99.60%; organic peroxide 0.10-2.00%; branched Regulator 0.10-3.00%; nucleating agent 0.10-5.00%; lubricant 0.10-3.00%. The present invention also provides a method for preparing the above-mentioned foamed-grade polylactic acid with excellent processing fluidity. The branching regulator adopted in the present invention can not only chemically react with the terminal hydroxyl group of polylactic acid or the terminal carboxyl group of polylactic acid, but also can carry out free radical grafting reaction with polylactic acid under the action of organic peroxide, so that polylactic acid can react with polylactic acid. The long-chain branched structure is introduced into the molecular chain. On the basis of maintaining the excellent processing fluidity of polylactic acid, the melt strength of polylactic acid is greatly improved, and then it can meet the requirements of continuous extrusion foaming, autoclave foaming and molding foaming. And the process requirements of injection foaming, showing excellent foamability. |
