abstract | The invention relates to a hub motor stator support with a low-water-resistance cooling structure and a hub motor, wherein the stator support comprises a pipe wall and an end face which are mutually vertical and fixedly arranged, an upper half-cycle flow channel and a lower half-cycle flow channel are symmetrically arranged in the pipe wall, a water inlet and a water outlet are symmetrically arranged on the end face, the water inlet end of the upper half-cycle flow channel and the water inlet end of the lower half-cycle flow channel are communicated with the water inlet through a first axial flow channel, and the water outlet end of the upper half-cycle flow channel and the water outlet end of the lower half-cycle flow channel are communicated with the water outlet through a second axial flow channel; the upper half-cycle runner and the lower half-cycle runner respectively comprise a plurality of U-shaped runners which are arranged in parallel, each U-shaped runner is arranged along the axial direction of the stator support, and the U-shaped runners are evenly distributed on the circumference of the pipe wall of the stator support and are adjacent to each other in a head-to-tail communication mode. The hub motor stator supporting water-cooling structure has small water resistance and good heat dissipation effect. |
