abstract | The invention discloses a double-split rectifier transformer, which comprises an upper iron yoke, a lower iron yoke and an iron core main column, wherein a high-voltage winding, a low-voltage winding LVD and a low-voltage winding LVY are also arranged between the upper iron yoke and the lower iron yoke; the low-voltage winding LVD is split into a first low-voltage winding LVD and a second low-voltage winding LVD along the radial direction; the low-voltage winding LVY is arranged between the first low-voltage winding LVD and the second low-voltage winding LVD; the high-voltage winding is arranged on the radial outer side of the low-voltage winding LVD, the high-voltage winding and the adjacent second low-voltage winding LVD are provided with grounding shields, the end part of the high-voltage winding is led in, and the middle part of the high-voltage winding is led out along the radial direction outwards to form a no-load branch line. The application provides a two split rectifier transformer can avoid no-load to divide wiring and ground connection shielding's interference through the above-mentioned setting, avoids dividing the wiring and ground connection shielding insulating distance undersize and causes withstand voltage breakdown's risk to can save man-hour, promote the production efficiency of product. |
