In the composite aerated wallboard, the core layer is a sintered perlite board, the upper and lower layers are aerated wallboard, and the aerated wallboard includes the following raw materials: fly ash, waste ceramic powder, cement, quicklime , sludge powder, calcium sulfate whisker, basalt fiber, expanded vitrified microbeads, mica powder, foaming agent, calcium stearate and water reducing agent. In the composite aerated wallboard of the present invention, the core layer is a sintered perlite board, the upper and lower layers are both aerated wallboards, and the sintered perlite board itself has good thermal insulation performance and thermal insulation performance. The aerated wallboards cooperate with each other, while ensuring the strength, the density is reduced, the scope of use is widened, and the prepared composite aerated wallboard has the properties of shock absorption, corrosion resistance, long durability and low thermal conductivity. |
