abstract The invention discloses a water-cooled power module for a hybrid vehicle, which mainly comprises an insulating substrate, an insulated gate bipolar transistor arranged on the insulating substrate, a chip part of a diode, a power terminal, a signal terminal and a thermistor, wherein the bottom of the insulating substrate is provided with a heat dissipation substrate, the area of the heat dissipation substrate is larger than that of the insulating substrate, and the insulating substrate is coated by a shell arranged on the heat dissipation substrate; the shell is of a cylindrical structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, the connecting end faces of the shell and the radiating substrate are sealed through sealant and are fastened and connected through self-tapping screws, and an upper cover is arranged at the top of the shell; the inner sides of two short edges of the shell and the middle cross beam are provided with buckle structures, the upper cover is in buckle connection with the shell through correspondingly arranged buckle connection parts, and the outer side wall surface of the shell in contact with the power terminal is provided with a strip-shaped stepped structure which extends outwards and is used for protecting the power terminal.
