abstract |
The invention discloses a method for removing impurities from a nickel sulfate solution, and relates to the technical field of hydrometallurgy. The method for removing impurities from a nickel sulfate solution according to the present invention includes the following steps: (1) introducing ozone into the nickel sulfate solution, and reacting for a period of time to obtain solution A; (2) extracting and separating solution A to obtain solution B Nickel sulfate solution; (3) Passing solution B through a multi-stage series-connected macroporous resin exchange column to obtain a nickel sulfate solution. The invention provides a method for removing impurities by nickel sulfate solution with simple operation and better impurity removal effect. The invention solves the problem of using P507 extractant and sulfonated kerosene diluent in the current nickel sulfate preparation process, so that more organic matter enters the nickel sulfate solution. The present invention further removes magnesium ions at the same time, and solves the problem of incomplete removal of magnesium ions extracted by the current extractant. |
