The invention relates to a method for separating and preparing four high-purity polyunsaturated fatty acid monomers from a byproduct of tetrodotoxin production, namely puffer fish visceral oil. When the tetrodotoxin is extracted from the blowfish viscera by using ethanol, a large amount of blowfish viscera oil byproducts are generated; the invention utilizes the globefish visceral oil to separate and prepare high-purity four polyunsaturated fatty acid monomers of arachidonic acid (ARA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosapentaenoic acid (DPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA); the method utilizes the by-product in the production of the tetrodotoxin to separate and prepare the polyunsaturated fatty acid monomer with high purity and high value, and has very high economic value; provides a new source for the preparation of polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially DPA; the separation preparation method is simple, the solvent used in the preparation process can be recycled, and three wastes are not discharged. |
