Liquefaction; the cold box unit of the main heat exchanger cools the low-pressure purified air and nitrogen, sends the low-pressure purified air to the main tower for rectification and purification, obtains liquid oxygen at the bottom of the tower, nitrogen at the top of the tower, and argon fraction in the tower , and send the argon fraction to the argon extraction section; the argon extraction section deoxygenates, denitrogenates and rectifies the argon fraction to obtain liquid argon; the circulating nitrogen and liquid nitrogen are in the LNG cold box unit, the main heat exchanger cold box unit and The cold box units of the main tower are circulated to transfer the cold energy of LNG, and at the same time, part of the liquid nitrogen product is obtained.
