The present application provides an antibody and an antigen-binding fragment thereof, which bind to IL17 protein with a K D value below 6×10 -9 M. The antibody and its antigen-binding fragment have strong specific recognition and binding ability for IL17 protein, and can inhibit the binding of IL17 protein and IL17 receptor and/or inhibit the secretion of cytokines by immune cells. The application also provides the use of the antibodies, antigen-binding fragments thereof, in the treatment or prevention of diseases associated with inappropriate or overproduction of IL17. |
