abstract | The invention discloses an antenna which is integrally formed on a module PCB in an etching mode. Compared with the prior art, in the manufacturing material process, most of common iron part antennas in the market are made of stainless steel, and are pressed and formed by a specific mould, and the antenna is formed by etching copper sheets on a copper-clad plate with the thickness of 40 mu m; in the use mode, the antenna is required to be welded on the module or externally connected with a tinned copper wire and an IPEX seat and then buckled on the module for use in the later-stage use of the iron piece antenna, the technical scheme can be designed in a module PCB and integrally etched for forming, the production cost of materials is reduced, the corrosion resistance is good, an antenna mould is not required to be opened, and the sample manufacturing and batch production are convenient; the antenna shape is exposed and etched on the board by a machine according to a drawing, so that the difference between finished product individuals is small, the requirement on production technology is low, the cost is low, and the production efficiency is high. |
