titleOfInvention Mesophase pitch carbon fiber spinning subassembly
abstract A mesophase pitch carbon fiber spinning assembly sequentially comprises an assembly seat, an upper cavity, a melt distributor, a porous plate and a spinneret plate from top to bottom, wherein the assembly seat and the upper cavity are of inverted cup shapes, and a spinning through hole is formed in the centers of the assembly seat and the upper cavity in a penetrating manner; the melt distributor is embedded in the inner cavity of the upper cavity, a melt flow channel is formed between the melt distributor and the upper cavity, and the melt flow channel consists of a first section distribution flow channel, a middle section diffusion flow channel and a last section transition flow channel; the first section distribution runner is communicated with the spinning through hole and is formed by orange lobe bulges which are annularly distributed on the upper surface of the melt distribution body, and the orange lobe bulges are gradually opened in the radial direction and have consistent radial sectional areas; the tail section transition flow passage is of an isosceles triangle structure, is opposite to the outer ring spray hole area of the porous plate and the spinneret plate, and the area of the bottom end of the tail section transition flow passage is consistent with the area of the outer ring spray hole area; the invention has the advantages that: the residence time of the melt in the assembly is basically equal, and the consistency of the properties of the protofilament is excellent.
