The invention discloses a ceramicized ultraviolet light cross-linking low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin composition and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of polymer material preparation. The material raw material of the present invention includes polyolefin resin, compatibilizer, ceramic powder, flux, flame retardant, lubricant, antioxidant, coupling agent, photoinitiator, and crosslinking sensitizer. The above-mentioned raw materials are mixed in a specific order and extruded into granules, and ultraviolet light cross-linking technology is used when making the final product. In addition to the fire resistance properties of general ceramicized polyolefin compositions, the material of the present invention also has very good flame retardancy and temperature resistance, low smoke production during combustion, non-toxic and non-corrosive, and at the same time adding a photoinitiator and a cross-linking agent. Link sensitizer, using ultraviolet light cross-linking technology, further improves its use temperature to above 105 ℃, and expands the use range of ceramicized polyolefin composition. |
