abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of filters, and particularly relates to a low-load starting filter which comprises a shell, wherein the upper part of the shell is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the lower part of the shell is provided with a sewage draining outlet; the filter screen assembly is cylindrical and is arranged in the middle of the shell; the rotary scraping mechanism is rotatably arranged in the shell and is used for scraping sundries on the surface of the filter screen assembly; the valve is used for closing or opening the sewage draining outlet; when the valve is opened, water flows through an impeller of the rotary scraping mechanism and pushes the rotary scraping mechanism; the rotary scraping mechanism comprises a rotary support, a plurality of mounting grooves are formed in the rotary support, and scraping blades are placed in the mounting grooves; when the rotary support rotates, centrifugal force directly or indirectly acts on the scraping sheet, so that the scraping sheet is attached to the surface of the filter screen assembly. Under the condition of reaching a certain rotating speed, the scraper extrudes the filter screen assembly under the action of centrifugal force to scrape impurities, so that the cleaning effect is good, and the cleaning device is particularly suitable for occasions with lower water pressure. |
