abstract | The invention relates to a smoke forced air cooling white elimination system and a white elimination method, wherein the system comprises a power fan, an outlet of the power fan is communicated with a mechanical condenser which takes natural air as an air cooling source, and the power fan is used for conveying smoke to be white eliminated to the mechanical condenser in a pressurized manner; the mechanical condenser is used for cooling and dehumidifying white smoke to be eliminated flowing through and is provided with a first gas outlet and a first liquid outlet; the first gas outlet is communicated with a heating heat exchanger, the heating heat exchanger is used for heating the cooled and condensed flue gas to raise the temperature, and the heating heat exchanger is provided with a second gas outlet and a second liquid outlet. The system utilizes a forced air cooling principle, adopts a mechanical condenser to cool moisture-containing flue gas to separate out condensed water, adopts a heating heat exchanger to heat the flue gas and then discharges the flue gas, does not need to consume a large amount of cooling water, and realizes the elimination of visible white smoke and the obvious reduction of water consumption. |
