titleOfInvention Flotation separation agent for mud-containing zinc oxide ore and flotation separation process thereof
abstract The invention discloses a flotation separation agent for mud-containing zinc oxide ores and a flotation separation process thereof. The flotation separation of the slime and the zinc oxide ore is realized by adding dispersant sodium lignosulfonate or cetylpyridinium bromide. In the embodiment related to the invention, when sodium oleate is used as the collecting agent, sodium lignosulfonate is used as the dispersing agent, so that the concentrate yield of the calamine and kaolinite mixed ore and the concentrate yield of the calamine and chlorite mixed ore can respectively reach 85.25% and 90.56%; when octadecylamine acetate is used as a collecting agent, cetyl pyridine bromide is used as a dispersing agent, so that the concentrate yield of the calamine and kaolinite mixed ore and the calamine and chlorite mixed ore can reach 81.58% and 80.98% respectively. The flotation separation process method is simple and has wide application prospect in the flotation separation treatment of the mud-containing zinc oxide ore.
