Hydrocarbon surfactants are non-ionic or cationic, non-ionic are fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester, oleic acid diethanolamine, oleic acid triethanolamine, n-butyl citrate, n-octyl citrate or isoamyl citrate, the cationic type is diddecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride or tetradecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride. The silicone surfactants are graft-type polysiloxanes, block-type polysiloxanes or trisiloxanes.
