abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of vortex fluid machinery and discloses a vortex mechanism. The frame and/or the fixed disc assembly body of the vortex mechanism are/is provided with a control magnet assembly, and a first control magnet assembly and a second control magnet assembly of the control magnet assembly are positioned on the same side of the movable disc assembly body. The first control magnet assembly and the second control magnet assembly are controlled in a differential mode, so that a linear controller of electromagnetic moment is more conveniently designed, the overturning moment and at least part of axial force are overcome through the electromagnet, the movable disc assembly body is in a preset posture, mechanical friction between the movable disc assembly body and the rack and between the movable disc assembly body and the fixed disc assembly body is favorably reduced, and the service life of a driving bearing is prolonged; the beneficial condition is provided for increasing the size of the vortex tooth, namely the vortex tooth with larger tooth height and more turns of the vortex mechanism is allowed to be designed, so that the working efficiency of the vortex mechanism is improved, and the aims of improving the single machine air displacement, the volume efficiency, the energy efficiency ratio and the like are fulfilled. |
